Ingredients
[ul]1 cup each of plain flour sugar rolled oats & coconut
115gms butter
1 tablespoon treacle or golden syrup

Peel seed and dice 3 ripe pawpaws.
Put 1 and 1/2 cups white vinegar 1/2

1 large onion chopped up into small moons
1 large beetroot peeled and chopped
