Another recipe from the Sub-Tropical Fruit Club of QLD’s newsletter and it is a very tasty way to use all those seeds out of homegrown (or shop-bought) pumpkins.

Place pumpkin seeds in a frypan with some oil and salt (more salt rather than less). Fry for a little bit then they are ready.

Don’t look very appetising but they are remarkably easy to eat and very tasty. No more pumpkin seeds put in the worm bin the compost heap or buried to grow too many pumpkin plants.
