1 small slightly green pawpaw/person peeled & cut into “chips”
2 Chinese cabbage leaves/person dices
2 cumquats/person sliced
1cm of fresh ginger finely chopped
Chopped basil and parsley
Slivered almonds
Butter
1 piece fish/person

Place ingredients in a large frypan with a lid and steam/fry very gently together with the lid on. Turn once or twice gently.

This is a very colourful dish relying heavily on local ingredients in season together.
