If someone thinks they have Coeliac Disease but is strict in eliminating gluten from their diet yet symptoms still persist. they may have fruit or lactose intolerance.

Seems like wheat has the highest gluten and modern wheat has been bred to have much higher gluten levels than historic wheat.
