One of our tuckshop ladies confided that she’d always drunk heaps of C.ke starting with a glass first thing when she got up! Yes we were all shocked.

Then she gave it up completely. Nothing else. Just stopped drinking C.ke. And she proceeded to drop 13 kg in weight.

Imagine if sugar-filled softdrinks weren’t such a big part of our diet especially for our children. How much slimmer and trimmer might we all be? Probably feel heaps better and the epidemic of diabetes might not loom so large.
