Sitting at desk in swivel office chair with feet on floor or a footstool lean hands on desk.

Now swivel very gently and awarely from side to side stretching spine and working belly muscles. Do not go beyond what feels comfortable.

How slowly can the swing be done?
Be aware of each muscle through the arc of the swing.

Keep eyes head and shoulders looking straight ahead.

Knees move from side to side.
Feet rotate around the bid toe.

Now stretch first one ankle then the other wide to point toe while going from side to side.

Feel it workig the inside of the hips and the lower spine.

Lower legs are also worked.
