[u]Diaphragm breathing and voice[/u]

Sitting up straight.

Visualise diaphragm as an oval-shaped area across the bottom of the lung-chest cavity.

Clench the diaphragm tight. Move the clenched area around – clench the right side of the diaphram the left side the back the front.

Clench and relax working through all the different parts of the diaphragm thoroughly releasing any stored tension in it and getting it all active and moving.

This will also work the muscles in the tummy middle of back and ribcage.
