Dear {usertag:name}

I have just been going through the Transition The Grove website listings of local health services and NGOs to put together some suggestions from which representatives may be sought for the North West Community Health Centre Community Consultative Committee.

Some time ago I did a lot of work pulling together the local information under the Health menus but it is far from complete.

Could we treat getting the local Health services information links complete as a project for the Health Subgroup?  If we have a look at what is already there and think about what is missing that we also know about we can add it in. The details should be checked pretty carefully.

Anyone willing to get started can work on any bit independently and when you have something to add correct or update send the details through via a Contact Us email and it can be loaded straight on to the website.

I guarantee it is fun when you start to look systematically for this information and get to know what is right there before your eyes locally.

Regards

Anne

Dear {usertag:name}

This e-newsletter is being sent to members of the Food & Gardening Environment Energy Water The Hands and Towards Zero Waste Subgroups.

Welcome John Clark as a new member who has signed up to these Subgroups. John comes to us from the Alternative Technologies Association and some of you will know him already as a regular attender at the Energy Subgroup meetings.

We’re busy preparing for this evening. So far we have people to lead the planning for displays and activities for the Ferny Grove Festival for Energy Health Food & Gardening Water Towards Zero Waste Transport.  We still need someone to coordinate the Environment display as a lot has been happening locally in that area.  It is looking good.

Do come along tonight. We’ll need ideas and energy.  The aim is to keep any volunteer work effort down to no more than one hour a week before the Festival for each of those involved. Hopefully that will be manageable for people and should be enough to get a very good job done to showcase our community involvement and projects and visions.

Ciao for now

Anne
