We have a variety of teachers and incorporate many hands-on activities during the course. Permaculture is about so much more than organic gardening. This PDC will be run on Saturdays from 16 July to 22 October 2011 with one week off on 24 September.

Gavin Hardy a Brisbane-based landscape architect and permaculture designer recently completed the Whole Farm Plan for Northey Street City Farm by working with the local community over a five year period. Gavin shares his insights into larger scale community design including what permaculturalists can offer the traps and pitfalls and the skill sets required.
This event will be open to the general public and any funds raised on the night will go towards Permablitz (thanks Gav!). Entry is by gold coin donation and there will be dinner and other goods for sale.
