Some Christmas drinks recipes:

Dry ginger ale
1 tin crushed pineapple
Strawberries
1 tin mango and orange concentrate
Ice

Val Kelly’s Punch[/b]
1 punnet strawberries
5 litres light red wine
2 bottles of sparkling starwine
1 bottle sweet sherry
Pickle the strawberries in the sherry overnight. Chill the rest of the ingredients and mix together just before guests arrive.

Pineapple juice
Crushed pineapple
Coconut milk (not coconut cream)
Dry ginger ale
