I think it depends a it on the facilities available in the room.
For example do we know if there is –
[ul]An internet connection?
A data projector?[/ul]
It is quite likely that a guest speaker would want to use a data projector.
Any discussion about our web-site would be best with an Internet connection (Though not absolutely essential)
