Here’s another easy one that is a potential help in losing excess weight.

1 teaspoon of cocoa powder in a cup of hot water (no milk no sugar).

Stir well and sip. Once you’re off most sugars it is far more pleasant than at first expected.

It gives a chocolate ‘hit’ without sugar or fat (especially some undesirable fats in blocks of chocolate). Leaving out the milk comes from something that says the milk negates some of the most beneficial qualities of chocolate (I know – not taste! – it does taste better with milk!)
