Came across this delightful local business at the Ferny Grove markets.
A local woman Sandra Nedeljkov makes perfect little iced cupcakes (think that’s what they are called).
They’d be great for afternoon teas (?high tea anyone?) or parties or just a yum snack for those not on a diet.
