If I’m going to lose 10% of my excess weight the first question is: How much excess weight am I carrying?
(Yes I know the answer is Lots! Far too much! Dangerous amount!)
Then I need to divide the answer by 10 to get my 10% (actually divide by 100 and multiply by 10 which is the same as dividing by 10) that I’m targeting to lose.
Height comes into it but isn’t the only measure.
