Wow! I’ve just sat down and ‘done’ this. It is a very long detailed involved health questionnaire. It took me well over an hour to do. Maybe two hours. I lost track of time.

At the end it printed out a 38 page detailed free report with recommendations. I can pay something for them to have doctors go through it with me.

The suggestions weren’t things I alreay knew about for the most part.

It identified some top health priorities in red with reasons why and the associated research and suggestions of what to do and the associated research.

It puts 10 minutes in a doctor’s surgery into the shade.

I wonder if our local doctors shouldn’t be requiring all their patients to sit down and do this on-line evaluation first then bring the print-outs to the doctor so the doctor has a real idea what they are dealing with. They can never provide the time to go into this sort of depth themselves but this is something we can do in our own homes in our own time.
