Guys you really need to add fermented bean curd to your rice lots of it . Any starch eaten all by it self will cause joint pain.

You really need to mix stuff that helps with digestion with everything that you eat and please include fiber !

It is like “meat” (beef and pork) throw some (alot of ) barbecue sauce on it and the stuff in the barbecue sauce will help you digest it.

Barbecue sauce when you cook things actually has things in it that helps you digest meat. [b]Mostly vinegar apple cider vinegar is an awesome gift to digesting things no matter what your diet is![/b]

Soy sauce or some other form of fermented stuff on your rice or do not eat it or wheat or it will cause joint pain. The Mexican folk use some version their version of “Hot Sauce” which we normal folk can not eat as good as that stuff is but it works for digestion of rice and wheat.
