If you are interested in losing weight you need to avoid carbs as much as possible. I’d recommend reducing the carbs you eat by about 80%. When you are making changes to diet you need to be reasonable so that the changes are achievable. White flour has pretty much no nutritional value anyhow.

If you want to eat some carbs try to have brown rice quinoa and potato as these are gluten free and better tolerated by most people.

It’s a different health paradigm.
