Sour Dough Workshop

There will be a Sourdough making workshop held on Saturday the 26th of March at Scarborough. This workshop will be very much hands on and participants will learn how to make Sourdough bread from scratch make Sourdough pikelets Sauerkraut Korean Kimchi and Fruit and Nut Kimchi and a batch of Wine from Fruit. These lactic ferments are a great boon to inner health and they taste great.
Sourdough starter will be given away at the end of the day and the bread made on the day will be for sale for $4 each. The cost for this workshop is $75 and this will include morning tea lunch and a manual. The day will be very busy and fun and as usual there will be plenty of taste testing.
