This financial year BCC will spend more than $7.5 million on the health of waterways and Moreton Bay t improve the health and ecology improve opportunities for recreation and to help Council achieve its vision to be Australia’s most water smart city by 2012.
We will ask Cr Andrew Wines for information on what part of this budget is for Kedron Brook and even more specifically what part if for the upper catchment of Kedron Brook in The Grove.

limiting pesticide use and disposing of garden waste responsibly
being mindful of what you put in the drain and picking up ribbish before it ends up in Kedron Brook or Cedar Creek
getting involved in one of our local environment groups[/ul]
