[u]Another exercise to correct RSI[/u]

This can be done standing sitting or lying on back.

Hands above head (not on head) with palms firmly together and fingers and thumbs firmly together pressed as flat as can.

Starting with the index fingers (and continuing to hold the other fingers firmly flat together) start gently exploring the other index finger with the tips of each index finger. Tap together move in gently circles around each other move up and down together.

Now return the index fingers to firmly flat together and repeat the above sequence with each of the next finger pairs in turn taking time being gentle. The key is to be very aware of both the fingers doing the exploring.

Relax and take arms down.
