My belly has been pretty good (90% fine no pain) since I’ve been keeping bread and wheat consumption down.

The last big attack was when I made a loaf of our delightful bread. Have stopped doing that!

So what is it about bread and wheat? Well it could possibly be the soy flour that is added into most if not all of Australia’s flour.

Soy is known to be damaging to the gut seriously damaging to the intestines. This knowledge has been around for years.

Soy has been added to virtually all (if not all) of Australia’s bread supply as well as a lot of the rest of our food. There was no discussion about this. No national major forum to debate whether having soy in our core food products was something we wanted.

So it might be wheat. It might be fructose and sugars. But it might be soy.
