[u]Torso and eyes[/u]

Stand at kitchen sink and hold on to the edge of the sink with hands.

Bending knees slightly swivel hips [u]gently[/u] from side to side keeping upper torso fairly still.

Look upwards with eyes and as hips are swivelling swing direction of eyes from side to side following the direction of the hips.

Now swap so the eyes are swinging in the opposite direction to the hips.

This exercise can also be done sitting in a swivelling office chair at desk in front of computer screen.
