No it is not in The Grove. The [url=http://www.brisbanewritersfestival.com.au/]Brisbane Writers Festival[/url] is held at the State Library of Queensland and various other venues from 1-5th September. The program and bookings for paid events are available on their website.
There are both free and charged events. There are a lot of workshops for writers and a lot of events where authors talk about their work.
