Know your numbers
Know your numbers is a blood pressure program of the National Stroke Foundation to raise awareness about high blood pressure and stroke for the Australian community.
A diabetes risk assessment will also be run in selected Queensland pharmacies to identify people at risk of type 2 diabetes stroke and heart disease.
