7th October 2011
News report that 63% of service stations were selling fuel at $1.53/litre while 33% were selling it at less than $1.40.

The service station in Patricks Rd at Arana Hills had it at $1.524 for U10 on 6th October I noticed as we drove by.

This inexorable rise is huge as a growth rate in price.

Is anybody talking about it?

How is your family coping with these price rises in fuel?
Is it changing your driving behaviour? What is it doing to your budget?

Peak Oil is no longer being pretended about but acknowledged straight-forwardly that it has happened and we are now in the post-Peak downward adjustment phase.

Except that coal seam gas (CSG) in QLD will obscure what has happened with oil.
