[u]Rebalancing an unbalanced upper spine[/u]

Ex. scoliosis to the RHS – needs LHS strengthened.

Lying flat on back. Bend right knee to side resting right foot at side of left knee.

Turn head to right and hold head at top with right hand.

Lengthen and straighten left leg.

With left thumb facing up extend left shoulder. Relax loosen and extend any tight spots in left shoulders and chest.

Hold and meditate on internal feelings.

When I did this I found a lot of tension in the right side of my neck which I tapped gently through to relax it.
