[u]Neck stretch[/u]

Stretch arms above head and bend elbowsplacing hands behind head. Grip base of skull firmly with one handand grip the side of the hand with the other hand.

Very gently stretch neck and hold.

Pay attention to the feeling in the neck. Do not push through pain – back off from pain.

While continuing to hold head and stretch neck pay attention to toe joints. Clench and unclench toes. How do they feel inside?
