I must say Curves Keperra is really great for me. I just love the alive happy atmosphere. It’s full of women and great music. The equipment just simply works for me – no adjustments and it is ‘woman-size’. The gym at Great Western Super Centre next to BCF is only small but I’d give it ***** The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and their teaching me to use the equipment is outstanding.
They have a weight loss diet/nutrition program now too.
