Red-Tailed Black Cockatoo. Has a crest a longer tail with a big strip of red underneath the tail and a wide strip of black at the end of the tail. Feeds more on a variety of seed. He proceeded to groom himself cleaning under his feathers. Generally don’t bite. Very black. Loud screech.
