- Do you want to hang up a banner announcing your event? Pine Rivers Shire Council has a place for you to do this on the corner of Ferny Way and Gordon Road. The notice says: This facility is for community or voluntary use only for 2 weeks prior to events and remove banner by 2 days after your event.
- You can also ask the Ferny Grove Police Station if you can put up your banner announcing your community event on their fence.
- Some banners also get put up on the fences of the Ferny Grove State High School Ferny Grove State School Patricks Road State School but do ask for permission first.
- Across the arch at the entrance to Leslie Patrick Park (Dawson Pde at the Patricks Rd traffic lights).
