Call for Volunteers
Brisbane City Council’s new Environmental Recovery Sub-committee is keen to harness the power of
environmentally aware volunteers to help clean up and revegetate our precious waterways and wildlife
corridors.
Council is co-ordinating a flood clean up of some of our natural areas and waterways and is calling for volunteers especially those from established environmental groups to
help with the recovery efforts.

Its anticipated that volunteer weekends will be ongoing until the city’s creeks and natural areas are restored.
