Federal Government has indigenous alied health trainee/cadetships which provides support through tertiary courses and work in holidays to get experience.
Queensland has school-based trainees. Indigenous students can register themselves on the website. Prospective employees pick you if they are interested. (I’m having trouble finding where you can register!)
