The target is 10 tonnes of donated food to distribute. The donations will help feed about 5000 people through agencies such as Meals on Wheels the Salvation Army and church and community groups. Poverty is often hidden. It could affect your neighbour or a friend whyo finds they can’t afford the buy the basics for their pantry. Donating a grocery item or two through FoodBank is a great way to reach out at Christmas.
