We have a lot of local cyclists and they can cycle very long distances. Maybe some will go down to compete in the major cycling events on the May Day weekend. There are 3 and 4 day Tour de Tweed events as well as 57km 136km and 177km social events. Entries are now open for the event entitled 2011 Velo Battle on the Border Cycling Festival.
