Transition The Grove relies only on volunteer input. No paid positions.
Not even sure that volunteer is the right word nowadays where volunteering has been taken over by other agendas like ‘getting people back to work’.
What our sort of volunteering is about is the passionate personal involvement of people who care for their local community and want to contribute and have ideas and energy to get on with things. We are about looking after each other supporting each other through the ‘burn-out’ strips encouraging each other being in there for the long organic process of making an effective difference.
