Following a very interesting meeting and the call to explore ways we can connect with residents who are concerned about their carbon footprint I thought I’d get the ball rolling and seek some responses (and additional ideas please!) for slogans that could be used on tee-shirts signs (out front of house) badges caps mugs and a range of appropriate low-cost low-carbon-consumptive items.
Here goes:
[ul]’I care about No Carbon’ (or ‘Zero’ Carbon)
‘It’s my planet too’
‘Green house aware’ (sign)
‘Sustainability in use’ (sign – credit to Sharon!)
‘I might be a carbon life-form but I don’t want to breath it’
‘Using less doing more’
‘I love (heart) the Grove’ – the manner of ‘I (heart) Brisbane’
‘Target Zero Carbon'[/ul]
Okay many are rubbish but it’s a start. They’d all need a sense of the local and perhaps mention of Transition the Grove.
I’ll think about some visual possibilities in the meantime.
