State of repair:
[ul]Equipment in reasonable condition and working
Fenced off drain with a fence that has two broken sections and would anyway be easy for children to get around or through. It looks VERY DANGEROUS with a really steep deep concrete drop into the drain.
Unkempt couch grass growing over quite big areas of the pine bark in the children’s playground
Rubbish in children’s playground
One bit of the rubber paving under the children’s swing worn through
Tennis rebound wall has no ‘net’ line just a green wall
No lights anywhere along the paths from Keperra Station through the park quite long distances of ‘lonely’ path
Big roughly mown grass areas were very difficult to traverse with lots of soggy muddy patches and very poor drainage even after a few sunny days.[/ul]

Facilities:

Several concrete walking/ cycling paths including one leading to the Keperra Station but not lit.
