The earthquake in Japan has brought this subject to a head. Outrageous they should have built such a nuclear power plant in an earthquake region and the experts are saying a thorium plant would have been so much safer. And it’s not only Japan that may suffer from the release of radiation. I remember Chernobyl too and that had a big effect on us in England too.
Personally if our politicians cannot get real and understand we have safe and clean energy options that ARE financially viable NOW then what are they doing in charge of our country???
