5 Foods Never to Eat video – I watched it and was impressed. It gives a lot of quality information. Think I’ll sign up for their program at about A$47.19 on PayPal.
Fruit juices artificial sweeteners whole wheat breads and carbohydrates soy milk artificial butters & canola oil on the ‘no’ list. Makes a lot of sense to me from what I’ve read of nutrition science.
My only concern is with olive oil – which in Australia can be any oil with a little bit of olive oil added. ie. It can be 95% canola oil!
Oh and also high fructose fruits. I wouldn’t want to eat many of them at a go because they make me really ill in my gut.
Not clear from the video where they stand on cheese and milk.
Yoghurt walnuts and blueberries for breakfast sounds ok though.
