Brisbane City Council has approved funding for bikepaths int he north-western suburbs.
The total for the north-west is $1.7 million.
Councillor Andrew Wines will have $320000 to spend in the Enoggera Ward for footpath upgrades at his discretion.
It is very important that the suburbs of Ferny Grove Upper Kedron and Keperra get their fair share of this funding – we still aren’t connected into the city-wide bike path network at the top end of the Enoggera Ward.
Ferny Grove will receive an upgrade – we don’t have any details about what has been approved on this.
