Brisbane City Council is offering FREE collections of your
unwanted household items from the kerbside in front of your home.

Please find listed below the collection week start dates
for your suburb.

Please note illegal dumping fines will apply if items are left on the kerb outside of the notified collection period.

IMPORTANT COLLECTION POINTS
Acceptable Items

* Furniture
* White goods e.g. fridges stoves
* carpet and lino
* bath and laundry tubs
* Wood products (no longer than one metre in length)

Unacceptable Items

* Liquids and hazardous waste e.g. fridges stoves
* Gas bottles
* Bricks and concrete
* Commercial builders waste
* Dirt and stones
* Car parts and tyres
* Glass and mirrors
* Vegetation e.g. trees grass potted plants
* Household waste that normally goes into your refuse or recycling bin

* Size limites apply. Council will not collect piles larger than two cubic metres.
* Unacceptable large items will not be collected and will be left for you to remove from the kerb within seven days of the notified collection period.
* Safety first. keep the piles on the kerb so the footpath is kept clear. Remove doors from fridges and cupboards. don not leave sharp or dangerous objects for collection.
