This is another one I came across somewhere. Eating garlic is meant to be good for the heart.

While garlic may not be good for your brain it has a big reputation for reducing the parasite burden in the body.

Is that why it has a reputation as being good for the heart?

Do humans get heartworm the way dogs do??? We give dogs pills to control heartworm but I’ve never heard of anything similar for humans. The ones for dogs certainly don’t make keeping a dog cheap.

Does garlic help reduce heart parasites?
Do humans have heart parasites? Who knows?

Would be interesting to research.
