Just a reminder that Clean Up Australia Day is tomorrow 6 March and Transition the Grove is organising a clean-up site at Leslie Patrick Park Dawson Parade Arana Hills.
This has been a great opportunity to network with other community groups. Moreton Bay Regional Council have provided a lot of extra equipment and assistance. Golden Valley Keperra Lions Club are helping and organising a sausage sizzle. Grovely Cub Scouts are joining in as a group and an encouraging number of individuals have registered on the Clean Up Australia web-site.
The weather forecast is promising so don’t let today’s weather discourage you.
We’ll be there from 7:00am. I hope you will be able to join us.
