As part of the Radio YYY interviews on mental health I interviewed one of our local pharmacists.
She has worked in a lot of places as a pharmacist and was able to make a comparison of our mental health here in the upper Kedron Brook valley community compared to that of central Melbourne.
In central Melbourne she said that every 2nd prescription she filled was for an anti-depressant which compares to about every 15th prescription here.
This is a very good statistic for this community. Our culture our environment the lack of wide disparities in wealth relatively low levels of stress a suburban garden community …
