BCC has granted preliminary approval to Brookfield Multiplex for a residential development at Wagners Quarry site behind Great Western Super Centre close to Keperra Sanctuary Retirement Village. One of the approval conditions is for a new intersection with traffic lights to be built where the development links to Samford Rd. No date has been set for construction to commence and there are some development concerns still being worked through.
