Just a reminder that we will be having an information booth at Arana Ausfest 2010 at Arana Leagues Club TOMORROW Saturday 9 October. Our aim is to connect with as many people as possible in our community and to collect email addresses so that we can invite them to future events like film and discussion nights.
Setup is from 9:00am to 12:00 noon
Entertainment goes from 12:30pm to 6:50pm
Bump-out is from 6:30pm
Fireworks will go from 6:50pm to 7:00pm
We would appreciate your participation and hope to see you there.
On Sunday 10 October we have a regular monthly meeting booked at the Arana Library meeting room from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. (Cobbity Crescent Arana Hills). All Transition The Grove members are invited. This will be an opportunity for members to meet together socially and get better acquainted. We would also like to include a focused discussion on how we can improve the effectiveness of our web-site in engaging new members. To facilitate this I have added links to a selection of other Transition web-sites as a source of ideas. Your suggestions comments and feedback will be much appreciated.
Light refreshments will be provided.
