What about meeting for ‘coffee’ at somewhere like Edge Modern Dining (they are open at breakfast) and covering the cost of a coffee each out of association funds (since we don’t have a meeting room with a kitchen where we can make our own). Can we look after our workers and committee enough to make meetings easy? Most of the bigger organisations do this as a matter of course.
