Not having visited the site with the group I don’t really have an opinion although I have had a look all the sites. I think Ian has a point about poor soil quality being something that can be overcome. Poor light is more difficult. We dropped in on The Gap community garden while passing yesterday and were ‘blown away’ by progress there. I’ll post some pictures later. Their soil was pretty poor but with a bit of manure compost mulch etc; lots of rain and warm weather the stuff it fairly leaping our of the ground. Awesome! Well worth a look.
