Can we have a bit of a discussion about committee members preferences for meetings. While it is helpful to now be able to vote on proposals on-line without calling a meeting it is still important to get together to develop cohesion to discuss our objectives and strategies to achieve them.
Some possibilities seem to be:
1. I will check out FG Bowls club and advise. We have previously found their main public area unsuitable for various reasons.
2. Anyone want to meet up in a local cafe?
3. Should we incorporate committee meetings into the Arana Library booking? That might impinge on valuable time for general meetings
4. How do members feel feel about meeting in homes? Can that be shared around?
5. Other sugestions?
