Every state school in Queensland now has a Responsible Behaviour Plan for students which clearly sets out the school’s expectations for student behaviour including bullying and the consequences for students if these expectations are not met.

The Queensland Department of Education has taken a range of actions to support schools which respond effectively to incidents of bullying.

Working Together Against Bullying seminars will be presented by psychologist Dr Michael Carr-Gregg for teachers school leaders and parents this year. They would focus on practical strategies to deal with bullying in schools.
